Terms and Conditions for Labspace CC

The Fine Print: All invoices are due upon completion of the task, with the exception of training which is prepaid. All late charges will be subject to a finance charge of ten (10) % per month. If written notice is not given within 7 working days of the start date of the training full payment is forfeited.

The customer is entitled to full refund if written notice is received at least fourteen (14) working days in advance of the Apple Certification Curriculum class. The customer is entitled to a full class credit if written notice is received at least seven (7) working days in advance of the class. Class credit must be used within three (3) months of the date of the original class at another Apple Certification Curriculum class offered by Labspace. The customer is not entitled to a refund or class credit if less than seven (7) working days advance written notice is given.

AATC Cancellation

Seats on training courses are only confirmed once full payment is received. A minimum of three (3) delegates are required for the course to commence. Courses may be cancelled if the minimum requirement is not fulfilled 7 working days prior to the course start date.

Labspace reserves the right to amend or cancel the date, time and location of an Apple Certification Curriculum training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event an Apple Certification Curriculum training class is cancelled by the Labspace, the customer is entitled to a full refund or class credit. Labspace shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or amendment.
