Final Cut Studio Master Certification
Final Cut Studio Master Certification recognises your skills with the entire Final Cut Studio product suite. Since workflow is such a significant component of Final Cut Studio, the curriculum is set up so that you need certification in at least four applications to earn Master Certification.
To become certified as a Final Cut Studio (FCS) Master Pro or an FCS Master Trainer, you must pass all required exams. Some requirements offer an option where you may choose between one of two exams. Some exams require mandatory class attendance.
The certification is similar to the Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) where each passed exam earns an individual certification as well as credit toward Master certification.
Master certification is granted when all required exams are passed. As exams expire when new versions of applications are introduced, candidates need to replace them to keep their FCS Master certification current.
Becoming an Apple Certified Pro
To become an Apple Certified Pro, you must pass an online exam administered at an Apple Authorized Training Center (AATC). Level One exams are administered at the end of specific courses. If you believe you already have the necessary skills, you may take the exam at an AATC for a fee. To register for the exam, please consult with your AATC. Level Two exams can be taken only in conjunction with the Advanced Classes taught at the AATCs.

Master Certification Requirements
The following table shows the exams required to earn Master Certification. Certifications are version-based for each application. As exam versions are retired, candidates need to re-certify on the new versions to maintain their Master Certification current. Some exams require course attendance.
